UNDERSTANDING THE RASA THEORY
Dr A. P.Pandey
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6874665
Abstract
Certificate
The Indian Poetics is substantially rich in various literary disciplines practiced by the
scholars of antiquity to enhance the beauty of literary works. These devices include Alankaar
( Fugures of speech) Rasa, Chhanda (Prosody) ,Vakrokti and Dhwani, which were commonly
used by the practitioners of literature to make their poetic expressions aesthetically satisfying
and emotionally appealing to the readers. It is very difficult to ascertain as to which discipline
is superior to other for the growth and development of literary genres. It is understood that as
different raw materials are unified to make food items more delicious and tasty, and an
organic unity is required for a beautiful and attractive physique; similarly the proper blend all
these disciplines is necessitated to generate fine literary taste and aesthetic beauty of an art
and literature. None of these disciplines can singularly generate an artistic creation of high
literary merit.

Mrs. Meera Subramanian
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6874710
Abstract
Certificate
In the era of globalization, knowledge is at the core of all development efforts in advancing
economic and social well- being of the people. The nations are now transiting to a knowledge society
where the quality and relevance of education would play a crucial role in economic development. The
developed and the developing countries now are looking in for quality assurance in education. To
prepare the youth for lifelong learning, the schools need to prepare its teachers to focus on higher
and lifelong education. The teacher has to be equipped with all the knowledge required for effective
teaching. Only through professional development and lifelong learning teacher can fulfill their roles
and responsibilities within the education system. The learning will help to deepen and broaden
content knowledge and enable teachers to anticipate and prepare for change in the teaching-learning
process.
Educational challenges place new complex demands on education. Therefore there is a need
to change the ways in which we work and learn together. Supporting adult learning is positively
linked to improved student achievement (DuFour, 2007; Guskey, 1999 ;).
This paper focusses on the new prospective and practices that can support adult development
within the schools and offers a map which can be used to support adult learning in the school teacher
community. It talks about teaming, engaging in collegial enquiry and how the higher education
institutes can help in the continuous and lifelong learning of the school teachers

THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE ELLIPTIC MODULAR FUNCTION AND NTH DERIVATIVE OF ELLIPTIC MODULAR FUNCTION CAN BE EXPRESSED IN TERMS OF DIFFERENTIAL OPERATOR ( ).
Dr.Sanjeev Kumar Mishra
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6874724
Abstract

The absolute invariant J(z), of the modular group M arises in the theory of elliptic
functions, (Where the variable is usually denoted by J.). Elliptic modular functions and
related functions play an important role in the theory of numbers for some application see
Hardy (1940) the absolute invariant, J(z) has the property that J(α) is an integral algebraic
number where α has a positive imaginary part and the root of a quadratic equation with
integer coefficients. The algebraic equations with integer coefficients satisfied by certain
J (α) are the So-Called class equations for imaginary quadratic number- fields see Fricke
(1928), Fueter (1924, 1927): see also Schneider (1936), Hecke (1939). A new and for
reaching development was originated by Hecke (1935, 1937, 1939, 1940 a, 1940b). See
also Peterson (1939) and for certain numerical results, Zassenhaus (1941).

scattered here and there in various books which sometimes confuses the readers/competitors in the examination
hall due to the inherent similarities in these titled works. To avoid this type of common confusion, I planned to
search and arrange the important works first , their similarity wise and their frequency wise and then I
compiled an exhaustive list of these selected works to facilitate the learners to make clear cut distinction among
the various titles of the literary works. My research paper is based on the principles of effective teachinglearning
and effective memorisation. My reaserch paper is also entertaining since it enhances the concept of -
Learning is Fun.This is my attempt in the pedagogy of teaching-learning of english literature. I hope my
collection will help the students as well as teachers who can frame confusing Multiple Choice Questions
(M.C.Q) to refine their learning and also to check the depth of students’ learning. About 750 works are
included in this research paper and these works are not the last but the least. This research paper will be more
useful to those who have read at least once The History of English Literature. It will make the readers to realise
similar titles of the literary works as dissimilar and vice-versa. . I have divided my research paper in two parts,
as Part-I & Part-II

BUDGET, BUDGETING AND BUDGETARY CONTROL
Ashok Wagh & Dr. S. T. Gadade
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6874749
Abstract
Certificate
Budget, budgeting and budgetary control are managerial tools for controlling economic transactions
and other resources within an organisation. Basically, these terms were used by a government or a governing
body for a nation’s financial planning. Similarly, these concepts- were used by monarchs and rulers of different
countries in past for their economic transactions and futuristic planning of their countries. After the World War
I, the significance of budget, budgeting and budgetary control increased to a greater extent. Every profitmaking
and non-profit organization makes plans in advance regarding its financial activities for the financial
year. Since ages till the present times economic activities of a nation or an organisation are controlled by
budget, budgeting and budgetary control. As time passed, these concepts became more elaborate and precise.
Even for assessing the non-monitory activities, these concepts were applied. In the era of Globalization, the
economic activities of the world became faster and clearer. The domains of Accountancy and Costing demanded
more precise ideas regarding budget, budgeting and budgetary control. With the advent of Industrialization and
Commoditization, the importance of accounting and costing increased and so also of budget, budgeting and
budgetary control in every organization. Even the non-profit organizations started considering seriously their
budget, budgeting and budgetary control. These concepts, in the post-globalization era, have emerged with
wider perspective. Scholars and managers in the arena of Accountancy and Costing are using these concepts to
micro activities like activity based budgeting and performance based budgeting. Further, these concepts are
applied to departments and activities individually and independently. The present paper attempts to capture the
use and application of the concepts of budget, budgeting and budgetary control in the changing scenario of
accountancy and costing.

THEORIZING COMPARATIVE LITERATURE IN A GLOBALIZED ERA
Dr. Shashikant Mhalunkar
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6874772
Abstract
Certificate
In the era of Globalization no countries are rigid in their geographical, cultural, lingual and ethnic
boundaries. Similarly, no literary genre is pure and isolated. Every country’s literary production is either
combined or compared with that of the other. Hence, comparative literature provides a platform for studying
the literatures of variant countries in comparison. In an era of Globalization, the borders of almost every nation
are becoming fuzzy and slippery. Comparative Literature is discipline that has emerged recently which takes
into account the literary production of two different countries and writers. The present paper attempts to trace
the emergence and development of this discipline by evoking an array of literary figures of repute. Modern era
is marked with Multiculturalism, Multilingualism and a borderless world. Therefore, the present paper attempts
to theorize Comparative Literature in variant domains in as a special discipline that has emerged in the recent
times due to the advent of Globalization.

Bhoti is the oldest and traditional business in India. Any De Bhoti is the birth of human life and the mother of industry. Traditional Bhoti has been practiced in Indian economy since long ago. In the past, Uttam Bhoti, mediocre trade and junior jobs were a byword, but recently, Motakari has been caught in the midst of many problems facing Indian Bhotik. So today it is said that the best job has been reversed as middle trade and minimum wage. In order to squeeze pearls in the modern way, from the pre-sowing stage until the harvest comes home, rice farmers need laborers. On the contrary, there is loss.
