Caroline Lepcha & Dr. Sanat Kumar Rath
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6943042
Abstract
Certificate
Quality is trust worthy; it provides standard and excellence to the product so that we can be assured what
we are purchasing. It makes us satisfied and reliant, so quality education does the same with the
individual. It brings out what the individual has well within himself/herself. Quality education perfectly
understands the thirst of an individual and provides fulfilling the need of the individual. Now a day in any
area educational qualification alone is not sufficient but the requirements have gone far and wide.
The outcome process of quality education can not only be seen but can be felt by the individual and the
society. Quality education makes the individual to face the challenges and help to solve them by bringing
out the best in an individual. Quality education is the best gift that the individual can get from the parents,
teachers and school administrators.

STUDY OF SUPERCRITICAL FLUIDS
Pratiksha Rajure
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6943054
Abstract
Certificate
There has been rising concern in recent years over supercritical fluids for organic waste treatment and other applications. The discovery of the presence of critical point dates back to 1822. The temperature and pressure beyond the critical point are in the supercritical state. Critical points are usually at high pressures. Therefore, a high-pressure test facility (high temperature and high pressure depending on the case) is required for a systematic study of fluids in the near- or supercritical state. This might have been the main reason why studies in this field were comparatively few until recently. Research on supercritical fluids and the applications development reached the initial peak during the period from the second half of the 1960s to the 1970s followed by the secondary peak about 15 years later. The initial peak was for the separation and extraction technique as represented by the extraction of caffeine from coffee beans. Since the practical application in Germany in 1978, a number of practical plants have been in operation. The secondary peak concerns decomposition of organic (waste) substances, which started when the U.S. Department of Defense began studies on using supercritical water as a means for completely decomposing chemical weapons. And the tertiary peak is about to come with mounting interest in the possible development of new material program.

Sima Ojas
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6944349
Abstract
Certificate
The Malabar rebellion was a critical period in the history of Malabar especially of the Muslims. It was the Congress, which brought the Mappilas into the forefront of mainstream politics against the British .It ensured the Mappila participation in this concern through the Khilafath issue. But during and after the rebellion the Congress had done nothing in favor of the Mappila Community. They never tried to address the requirement of the Mappilas and betrayed the community. Thus the community fell down without a strong leadership and organization. As a result a number of Organizations emerged in Malabar for the socio-political and religious regeneration of the Mappila community. One Such organization is the Samastha Kerala Jamiyathul Ulema which played an important role in the socio-political resurgence of Mappila Muslims. This paper is a study in this regard.

ALIENATION, SECLUSION, AND DEGRADATION OF CHARACTERS IN ELIOT’S THE FAMILY REUNION
Manisha Gangadharrao Khirao & Dr. Mirza Sultan Baig
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6944365
Abstract
Certificate
Prominently, The Family Reunion has been acknowledged as one of the important plays that contributed
to the revival of poetic drama in England. It was the first-ever attempt on the part of the playwright to
employ contemporary settings and speech in drama. However, the play is also important for its
contemporaneity of the themes and subsequent moralizing on the part of the writer. The play has been
reviewed by literary scholars from a philosophical, psychological, and religious point of view. Although
the Christian theme of sin and its expiation, crime, and final punishment hold the ground throughout the
play, it touches upon various common, day-to-day issues of the modern world. Alienation, loneliness
identity crisis, and survival are some of the other themes that have been highlighted by the dramatist here.
The present research paper explores the psychological ailment of the play’s prominent characters which
they represent in their separation in the relationship. Simultaneously, it touches upon the other issues that
are extremely experienced by the people of England in the twentieth century like degeneration, disbelief,
selfishness, cunningness, and deterioration in human feelings and sentiments.
