In human civilisation, Indian society has been male dominated and females treated as lower class than the males in the society. Among different civilizations of different times, one thing has been common that is females never treated as males in terms of right, dignity and power. Dr B. R Ambedkar was only social reformer in the world who changed the social status of women in India and made them powerful and free in real sense. He set an example of struggle of women liberty, equality and empowerment. He constructed Indian constitution it has solutions of every problem of Indian women. The Indian Constitution provided equal right of liberty, equality and education for women similar to man. His contribution for women equality has been remarkable and incredible among social reformers of all time. He has been first social reformer who broke the slavery system of women in India. This paper analyzes the contribution of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar as a thinker and social reformer in the emancipation of social status of women in the Hindu society. The paper also analyzes the relevance of his ideas in the contemporary feminist discourse on gender equality under Indian social conditions. This paper discloses that Dr.B.R Ambedkar’s contribution towards gender equality is incredible among the social reformers in the world.

This present paper reports the analytical study undertaken the relationship between Childhood & Growing up, Contemporary India & Education, Understanding Discipline& Subjects, Reading & Reflecting on Texts and practicum contains Diagnostic and Enriching the Teaching Skills, Lesson Planning Workshop & Demonstration lesson, Simulated Teaching Workshop, Teaching Aids Workshop, School Engagement and visit to innovative centers of pedagogy and leaning, Internal Examination (Semester Ist Assignment Internal Viva + Semester Ist External Examination), Language across school curriculum marks of teacher students. The practical marks is related to teacher educators attendance and punctuality, teacher educators attitude and methodology in teaching, teaching-learning process, teacher students performance and student teacher feedback, student educator and students teacher evaluation. There obtains a very close correlation between a conclusion that might somewhat modify these who are septic about giving weight age to internal assessment as lacking reliability. The total 50 B.Ed. First Year student teachers of this college were selected by stratified random sampling. Obtain marks out of 300 in university examination were taken as external and obtain marks out of 300 in college examination as internal evaluation. Findings were derived on the base of objectives, hypothesis, statistical analysis.

Tourism satisfaction refers to the sensitive state of visitors after exposure to the experience. It is the post-purchase evaluative judgment and is the outcome of the customer’s needs, wants and expectations throughout the product life. It is relevant on the part of the Hill station and heritagedestination planners to provide maximum satisfaction to the visitors so that they are the repeat visitors. This paper explores the satisfaction level of foreign tourists visiting at Shimla in Himachal Pradesh.inthis paper it has been tried to find those attributes in whichtourists` were satisfied and dissatisfied. Total 8 demographic variables and 23 satisfaction variables which covering the aspect of general attributed in relation to the tourism, facilities and services.The data were analysed using simple statistical techniques Such as Mean, SD and T-test. Mean and SD were using to identify the satisfaction level of respondent. Finally T-test conducted to compare the Demographic variables (Gender).This result would help to improve the standards of the destination.

Information communication technology skills and emotional intelligence are new and emerging trends in teacher education. This paper to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on information communication technology skills of teacher students in Government college of education, Ratnagiri Maharashtra. Researcher have consider the information communication technology skills, emotional intelligence and teacher students thoughts and way of thinking. The main objective of the study was to test the impact of emotional intelligence on Information communication technology skills of prospective teacher students. The training institution is concerned with the development of teacher students in all round development of his physical, social and emotional, teaching knowledge, skills, and personality qualities. A sample out of 50 student teachers 35 participants randomly selected from Government B. Ed. College Ratnagiri was used. Data analysis was done by using standard deviation and t-values. Findings of the study showed that overall emotional intelligence score was positively impact with the information communication technology skill of student teachers.
