CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND GREEN LEADERSHIP A NEXUS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Rajiv Khurana
DOI : N/A
Abstract
Certificate
The combination of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Green Leadership has emerged in the modern business
environment as a key tactic for promoting sustainable development. This study investigates the complex interaction
between CSR initiatives and the function of leadership in advancing eco-friendly behaviour. We try to understand the
consequences and opportunities they present to accomplish the objectives of sustainable development by focusing on
the connection between these two essential components. This study integrates many quantitative study designs in a
thorough manner. The level of CSR implementation is evaluated, as well as how it affects business performance,
environmental sustainability, and social well-being. Incorporating many quantitative study designs, this research takes
a thorough approach. The extent of CSR adoption and its effects on company performance, environmental
sustainability, and social well-being are evaluated using a cross-sectional approach. To track the growth of CSR
practises and their long-term impacts on sustainable development, longitudinal data is analysed. Experimental studies
look more closely at the causal processes that connect green leadership practises to CSR results. Knowing how CSR
and green leadership work together becomes increasingly important as companies acknowledge their role in achieving
sustainability goals. This study creates a solid framework for further study and the formulation of relevant policies in
this important field

Dr. Kiran Save & Ms. Beena Jaiprakash More
DOI : N/A
Abstract
Certificate
The Italian word ''Altrui" denotes ‘to others’ or ‘of others’. A person with altruistic behavior has self-serving passions
and a benevolence principle. Actions are self-driven in the interest of others and are the aim of one’s actions. Comte’s
personal definition regarded altruism as “living for others” (vivre pour autrui) Comte and his followers are said to
have begun using the term altruism starting in 1830. A new humanistic religion based on a scientific understanding of
human nature and society to make a civilised nation. To make a nation more civilized, altruistic sentiments need to
prevail over egoistic sentiments in society. The altruistic behavior of society would have a strong social quotient. Both
philosophers had a strong altruistic quality to make society a place like heaven. India has a distinct spiritual culture.
The term spirituality has different layers of meaning; to limit the activities of the spirit would be a grave injustice. This
wisdom has been transmitted by seers and saints for the existence of society. So-called development as civilized Saints
have been messengers of knowledge, and the principles that have proved to be timeless in various contexts played a
significant role in our civilization’s ability to survive.

JNANESHWAR’S JNANESHWARI LEADING MAHARASHTRA EVEN TODAY ON THE MAP OF GLOBALIZATION OF LITERATURE ON THOUGHTS OF FREEDOM.
Dr. Kiran Save & Jyoti ONeill Shahapurkar
DOI : N/A
Abstract
Certificate
Freedom is basic instinct of every being. Freedom on macro and micro level is the individual effort of conscious being.
As soon as the nestling (baby bird) has its wings it takes his first flight of freedom. When a baby takes his first step he
wants to run. Freedom is part of evolution for all sentients. The very trait which distinguishes Human from other beings
is struggle for freedom on all levels like Personal, Social, Cultural and Spiritual. World leaders mention freedom as
not for one’s self but for the society as a whole. “For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a
way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.” Nelson Mandela . In India, Saints and Masters have longer
history to have contributed to the freedom of the oppressed in society.
Maharashtra’s History and literature is empty without the mention of Mystical, Philosophical, Scientifical laureate
Saint Jnaneshwar. Spiritual and Social reformists Saint Jnaneshwar was the pioneer in upliftment of humanity in real
terms of ‘FREEDOM’. Though many centuries back, Jnanadeva made prolific changes in the literary, historic and the
social map of India, bringing Maharashtra on the topography of World through his epitome work Jnaneshwari
‘Bhavaratha Deepika’ as he calls it, means ‘Lamp of Knowledge’. He brought Gita for common man at their doorsteps
in colloquial language Marathi. Even today we see the impact of Jnaneshwari on all fronts from Education to
Character building of youth in households of Maharashtra today. It is deeply grass rooted in society. My honest attempt
is to bring out Mauli’s concept of Freedom on micro and macro level applicable even today

SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND ETHICAL LEARNING A CONCEPT TO BUILD AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
Dr. Manisha Ramesh Gawde
DOI : N/A
Abstract
Certificate
Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning (SEEL) is an expanded version of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) that
includes an emphasis on ethical decision-making and responsible behavior. While SEL focuses on the development of
social and emotional skills, SEE Learning seeks to integrate ethics and values into the learning process. SEEL
promotes the development of skills that help students make ethical decisions and act responsibly, such as empathy,
respect, responsibility, fairness, and integrity. By integrating ethical decision-making into the learning process, SEEL
helps students understand how their actions impact themselves and others and how they can contribute to a better
world. Social learning focuses on the development of positive social relationships, including communication,
collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. Emotional learning focuses on the development of emotional intelligence,
including self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy. Ethical learning focuses on the development of ethical
decision-making and responsible behavior. SEEL programs typically involve a range of activities and approaches,
including explicit instruction, modeling, practice, and reflection. These programs may also involve partnerships with
families, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create a holistic approach to student development.
In this paper, the author aims to illustrate how SEEL can promote inclusion by helping students develop a sense of
empathy and understanding towards others, and by promoting positive social relationships and responsible behavior.
It can also help students develop the skills they need to navigate challenges and conflicts in a constructive way, and to
build a more positive and supportive school environment. Overall, SEEL provides a comprehensive approach to
education that supports the social, emotional, and ethical development of all students, regardless of their background
or abilities.

THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES
Dr. Rajiv Khurana
DOI : N/A
Abstract
Certificate
Employee performance is substantially impacted by the complex interaction between organisational culture and
employee motivation. Motivational techniques that fit into the dominant organisational culture typically have better
results in achieving goals. A mismatch between motivational strategies and organisational culture, on the other hand,
can result in disengagement, low morale, and poor performance. This study examines the complex interplay between
employee performance, organisational culture, and motivation. Motivated workers are frequently more effective,
engaged, and content with their jobs, which benefits the success of the organisation. But it's impossible to ignore how
organisational culture affects employee behaviour and motivation. This study synthesises prior research, conducts
empirical research, and provides insights on the importance of organisational culture and motivation in boosting
worker performance. The results emphasise the significance of matching staff motivating tactics with the dominant
organisational culture to maximise productivity. Motivation is what propels both individual and group work. Motivated
workers are more likely to establish and pursue difficult goals, display fortitude in the face of obstacles, and
demonstrate a strong dedication to their jobs. A successful organisation benefits from this since it leads to greater
performance. It has become crucial for an organisation to pinpoint the factors that encourage an employee to stay
with an organisation because employees constantly search for new and better chances. Two such factors have been
identified have job satisfaction and workplace culture.
