FINANCIAL INCLUSION IN INDIA: A CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS
Rakhi Rani And Rashi
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6890741
Abstract
Certificate
Financial inclusion also implies a very important point. It is felt that a majority of the
unbanked people are not used to frills, now normally associated with modern banking. These
people require the most basic banking facilities which are free of frills. That means financial
inclusion is no-frill banking. The policy makers have already initiated some positive measures
aimed at expanding financial inclusion. However, the efforts are opined by many as not
commensurate with the magnitude of the issue. There is also a need on the part of the academicians
and researchers to study the issue of financial inclusion with a comprehensive approach in order to
highlight its need and importance.

EFFECT OF WEB BASED INSTRUCTION ON ACHIEVEMENT IN COMPUTER EDUCATION
Dr. Franky Gupta And Ms. Sania Bhalla
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6890792
Abstract
Certificate
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of web based instruction, on
achievement, in computer education of VIII graders. Experimental method was adopted
employing Pre-Test Post-Test control group design. Sample of 125 students based on scores of
intelligence test, was classified into high, average and low intelligence groups. The high and the
low intelligence groups were ignored and only average intelligent students were further divided
into control group and experimental group i.e. conventional teaching group and web based
instruction group respectively, so as to equate both the groups on the parameters of intelligence.
The investigator's self constructed website, in word press web hosting, was purchased to make the
website accessible via the world wide web. Original text book content was transformed into online
learning material. Main goal was to implement an easy way to use web based instruction
package. The results were derived quantitatively. The results showed that there was a significant
difference in the mean scores of achievement of students of both the groups due to difference in
mode of instruction. Students of web based instruction group performed better than the
conventional method group. Further, gender differences were also evident in the results. Boys
were less attentive during the process, whereas girls were more enthusiastic towards the
experiments and were fully involved in the process. The results obtained from the
application/evaluation of a set of educational activities have been quite encouraging, indicating
that the simulation program and the context of the activities can effectively support and enhance
the learning process.

ACHIEVEMENT OF SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN ECONOMICS IN RELATION TO STYLE OF LEARNING AND THINKING
Gourav Mahajan
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6890921
Abstract
Certificate
The success of teaching-learning process depends upon many factors associated with
both the teacher and the students. It is a fact that the class-the group of students-to whom the
teacher is to teach is heterogeneous. It means the students comprising the class of a teacher come
with different learning attributes as the concept of individual differences prevails. To make his
teaching a successful one by the mean of achieving the instructional objectives set by him, the
teacher needs to meet the individual learning requirement of his students. The teacher is desired to
identify the key learning attributes of his class and then plan about his instructional strategy
accordingly. It is, no doubt, a complex and tough job on the part of teacher but the effectiveness of
his teaching is determined by the extent the students of his class are able to acquire the knowledge
imparted by him. One important factor influencing academic achievement of students is students’
style of learning and thinking. Depending upon the domain of the learning experience the styles of
learning also vary. Individual prefers that very learning style which suits to the nature of its
learning task. The objectives of the present study were: To study the style of learning and thinking
prevalent among senior secondary school students; To study the effect of style of learning and
thinking on achievement in Economics of senior secondary school students; To study the difference
in style of learning and thinking of male and female senior secondary school students; To study the
difference in achievement in Economics of male and female senior secondary school students. The
major findings were: Left brain hemisphere preference was found to be more prevalent among
senior secondary school students; there was no significant difference in achievement in Economics
of senior secondary school students in relation to their style of learning and thinking; there was a
difference in preference for style of learning and thinking between male and female senior
secondary students. Female senior secondary school students preferred for Left brain hemisphere
while male senior secondary school students had preference for Right brain hemisphere; there was
no significant difference in achievement in Economics of male and female senior secondary school
students.

The present investigation has been carried out to study the teachers’ effectiveness and
job satisfaction among Secondary School Teachers. For this purpose a sample of 1000 teachers
was randomly selected from the Secondary Schools of Punjab. Teacher Effectiveness Scale by
Kumar & Mutha (1999) and Ojha's study of values (1996) scale were used. Job satisfaction of the
teachers was evaluated by using Sharma and Singh’s Job Satisfaction Scale was used. The
findings of the study reveal that highly effective and less effective teachers differ significantly on
the basis of their job satisfaction. Highly effective teachers are significantly more satisfied with
their job as compared to less effective teachers. Job satisfaction has a positive correlation with
positive correlation with teachers’ effectiveness. It is suggested that in order to raise the
effectiveness of teachers their job satisfaction must be enhanced.

EDUCATIONAL IMPLICATIONS OF BHAGAVAD GITA IN RELATION TO RAJYOGA PHILOSOPHY OF BRAHMA KUMARIS
Mr. Sandeep Kataria
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6891000
Abstract
Certificate
The scripture (Shastra), named Bhagavad Gita, which is available today, if
studied from beginning to end lead us the only conclusion that one of its aim is to
acquaint man with the difference between body and soul i.e. the field (kshetra) and the
actor in the field (kshetragya), as also with the identity of the supreme soul, making him
thereby soul conscious, doubt-free, detached and God conscious. Most of the 700
shalokas, which the present day Gita consist of, besides imparting to, knowledge of the
soul and the supreme soul, stabilized one in Good-consciousness, acquaint one with the
mysterious laws of action, non-action, and vicious action and tell him the difference
between worldly duties and renunciation between the divine and the demoniac qualities
and how to attain victory over vices like lust, anger etc. and how to try to return to
Brahmloka- the soul world. So this study helps to provide the Education by which
character is formed, strength of mind is increased the intellect is expanded and one can
stand on his own feet.

DOI : 10.5281/amierj.6891073
Abstract
Certificate
The present paper envisage the q-analogues of the operators, results determine by Dattoli et., al, to deal with the familiers of pseudo-kampe de Ferist polynomials, which can be viewed as the complement for the theory of q-fractional derivatives and q-partial fractional different equations of evolutive type. We show that these families allow the possibility of treating a large variety of q-exponential operators providing generatized fractional forms of q- shoft operators.
