Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly transformed various industries, and education is no exception. This article explores the use of AI in education and its impact on teaching and learning. The integration of AI tools, such as intelligent tutoring systems, virtual reality, chatbots, adaptive learning platforms, and automated grading systems, has revolutionized educational practices. AI enables personalized learning experiences, tailoring instruction to individual student needs and enhancing engagement. It automates administrative tasks, freeing up teachers' time for instructional planning and student support. While concerns have been raised about AI's potential threat to teachers, it is important to note that AI is not meant to replace them. Instead, AI serves as a valuable partner, augmenting teachers' roles and capabilities. Teachers bring human connection, empathy, and the ability to foster critical thinking and creativity that AI cannot replicate. Collaboration between teachers and AI can lead to an integrated approach to education, leveraging the strengths of both to enhance student learning outcomes. By embracing AI thoughtfully and ensuring appropriate teacher training and support, education can harness the power of AI to create more personalized, efficient, and impactful learning environments.

DOI : 10.5281/amierj.8220708
Abstract
Certificate
When a bank's balance sheet has a high quantity of nonperforming assets (NPAs), it can harm its overall financial health because it reduces its profitability and threatens its solvency. In order to better manage their nonperforming assets (NPAs), banks may take a variety of steps, such as renegotiating the terms of the loan, selling the underlying asset, or commencing legal action against the borrower. In addition, the national central bank of a country may issue directives and regulations concerning the categorization and administration of nonperforming assets held by banks. In the present research information of NPA is obtained for Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank. Information about NPA is obtained for seven quarters, from June 2018 to December 2019. Gross NPA and Net NPA are both considered for the comparative study. The study is based on secondary data. SPSS software is used for the analysis of data. Desriptive and inferential statistics are used for the analysis of data.

Moallim Shaima Mohsin
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.8220717
Abstract
Certificate
Avoidable blindness is a significant public health problem in India. Nationally representative RAAB surveys (Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness) are being conducted periodically in the country to know the current status of blindness in the country.
Recent studies have shown that poverty is an exacerbating and often accountable factor in the incidence of disabling conditions, including visual impairment. Recent estimates from the World Health Organization indicate that 90 per cent of all those affected by visual impairment live in the poorest countries of the world.
India is home to one-fifth of the world's visually impaired people and therefore, any strategies to combat avoidable blindness must take into account the socio-economic conditions within which people live. This paper looks at the prevalence and correlates of falls, and injuries, focusing on visual impairment among the older adult and elderly population in India.

Dr. Ganesh Chavan
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.8220749
Abstract
Certificate
This research study examines the impact of organizational climate on organizational role stress and job satisfaction in teacher education institutes. The study aims to explore the relationships between these variables and contribute to the existing literature in this specific context. The sample consists of 70 employees from 12 teacher education institutes in Pune District, and data was collected through a combination of in-person visits and online surveys. The research design employed is a cross-sectional design, allowing for the examination of relationships and differences between variables.
The study utilizes three measurement scales to assess the variables of interest. The Motivational Analysis of Organizations - Climate (MAO-C) by Pareek is used to measure organizational climate, capturing dimensions such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and support systems. The Organizational Role Stress Scale (ORSS) by Pareek is employed to assess organizational role stress, including dimensions of role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload. The Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) by Specter is utilized to measure job satisfaction, encompassing facets such as pay, promotion opportunities, co-worker relationships, and overall work environment.
The findings reveal that employees with a favourable organizational climate experience lower levels of organizational role stress and higher levels of job satisfaction compared to those with an unfavourable climate. The descriptive statistics indicate that the mean score for organizational role stress is 3.8 (SD = 0.7) and the mean score for job satisfaction is 4.2 (SD = 0.6).
The results of the independent sample t-test show significant differences in organizational role stress and job satisfaction between employees with favourable and unfavourable organizational climates. Specifically, employees with a favourable climate scored lower on organizational role stress (Mean = 3.6) and higher on job satisfaction (Mean = 4.4) compared to employees with an unfavourable climate.
The findings of this study contribute to the theoretical understanding of the impact of organizational climate on organizational role stress and job satisfaction in the unique context of teacher education institutes. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of creating a positive organizational climate to reduce role stress and enhance job satisfaction among employees. The study also emphasizes the practical implications for organizations in terms of improving employee well-being and overall organizational performance.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF INFLATION ON THE DAIRY FARMING: A CASE STUDY OF SHEVGAON TEHSIL OF AHMEDNAGAR DISTRICT, MAHARASHTRA.
Mr. Gokul S. Jadhav & Dr. Amit E. Sonawane
DOI : 10.5281/amierj.8220760
Abstract
Certificate
Both consumers and manufacturers are impacted by inflation. The theory that commodity prices often rise during inflationary periods is supported by historical evidence for the costs of inputs in dairy farming. If all other conditions remain constant, higher commodity prices will raise demand globally for agricultural like seeds, fertiliser, livestock, farm equipment, etc. where the animal feed comes? The costs of dairy inputs like feed, labour pushing up input prices. Increased interest rates can also affect the cost of living for families as a whole, the value of land, and currency rates, all of which have an effect on the overall purchasing power of farm resources. From a short-term viewpoint in dairy farming, the higher costs in India will increase production costs by 15% this year, primarily due to feed, and by around 8% the next year. This will maintain some financial pressure on dairy farmers and restrain the expansion of milk production, both of which should support dairy prices.
Eventually, feed and energy costs will decline and slightly reduce the cost of manufacturing. Additionally, over a longer period of time, farmers will discover more cost-effective ways to operate their dairy farms. However, increasing expenses will short-term stifle production and contribute to an increase in dairy prices. In the previous 20 years, India's economy has grown at a fast rate, but this expansion has been accompanied by a high rate of inflation in the cost of goods produced. The dairy industries have continued to grow extremely slowly, with very uneven growth. The demand has grown dramatically as a result of the rise in per capita income, but dairy and agricultural production cannot keep up with the surge in demand.
If the cost of a litre rises by one rupee, every component required to produce ordinary milk costs one rupee more. In addition to a 1% increase in milk prices, there will also be a 4% total increase in labour, transportation, and feed costs. Since the farmer who produces milk is the one who is most impacted, controlling the cost of production is crucial. The proportion of feeds is larger due to the dearth of abundant wet fodder and the research area's location in a rain shadow. Dairy farmers in the study area are experiencing higher inflation as a result of continued feed price volatility.
