A CHANGE IN BEHAVIOR OF BANKING SECTOR FOR MICRO FINANCE IN MSME
Mayank Singhal
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7187597
Abstract
Certificate
The setting of interest rates in the field of microfinance (MF) has been hotly debated for years. On the one
hand, it is claimed that high interest rates are justified because of the elevated operating and processing costs of
serving very small loans without collateral. Today India has just slowdown in unemployment. Through this research
paper we have just disclosed the India banking structure change of Micro finance. In 2011 India launched a cap on
MF interest rates of 26% for loans up to 50,000 rupees (US$1,124) and at that rate stagnation and reduced
borrowing followed. To offset this, in April 2014, the Reserve Bank of India introduced a more flexible rate: cost of
funds (at market rates) plus 10% for existing MFIs and cost of funds plus 12% for new MFIs. A recent study by
CGAP (Consultative Group to Assist the Poor) analyzed interest rates in over 866 MFIs between 2004 and 2011,
finding that most African countries have instituted interest rate caps to protect consumers, in some cases due to
political and cultural pressures.

Over the last few years, media and market in order to cater to the changing demands of seeing and experiencing the unreal in the real world have started emphasizing upon delineating a world marked by unusual and extraordinary. However, while doing this, there is also an attempt to keep fantasy and mimesis close to each other. The rising popularity of the movies like The Lord of the rings, Harry Potter corroborates it.

DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7187628
Abstract

This paper analyses the impact of US Dollar exchange rate on gold and crude oil prices, using the data series for the period 1991-2014. The rapid rise in gold and crude oil prices has been became a burden on the poor and developing countries, including India, who spend roughly half of their household incomes on their derivative products. In many countries and regions, gold and crude oil price inflation is higher than aggregate inflation and contributing to underlying inflationary pressures. The investors always look for the various investment avenues which increase their risk-adjusted returns and add diversification. Since ages, gold is preferred as the one of the major investment option especially by the Indian investors. The prices of the gold are fluctuating and are affected by the various factors. In this paper we tried to know relationship of the US Dollar with gold and crude oil prices with the help of econometric regression model. The result indicated the significant impact of dollar fluctuation on gold and crude oil prices.

REVIVE SIKH PRACTICES FOR CONTINUING AND ADULT EDUCATION
Dr. Meharban Singh
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7188131
Abstract
Certificate
Continuing education is education provided for adults after they have left the formal education system, consisting typically of short or part-time courses. Adult education is a vital component of the lifelong-learning field, covering the entire range of formal, non-formal and informal learning activities, general and vocational, undertaken by adults after leaving initial education and training. Here I want to include those who never entered any school premises. In India only 22 % children enjoy the school campus environment. If we want to manage total quality in education we have to initiate with innovative practices independently i.e. without government empathy. In education „Total‟ is „All‟; education for everyone. In our educational system we are far away from TOTAL with only 69.95% literacy. This is literacy and education is too much far away. Are we trying to reach everyone? „Continuing education and Adult education‟ is the answer! Second is Quality; "High degree of excellence in meeting the requirements of customers (learners)”. Just forget about „high degree of excellence‟ for the time being and concentrate on the other issue i.e. the customers; we lack customers, as half of our school-going children are working as labourers away from the schools. Are we doing something? Again „Continuing education and Adult education‟ is the answer! Third is Management; process to accomplish goals. We cannot accomplish goals with less number of customers i.e. students and less number of managers i.e. teachers. Though we are trying with continuing and adult education but see the facts:

Mahimanram Ganpatram Pandya
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7188162
Abstract
Certificate
In the present time Computer Education, Management Education, Education for Peace, Environmental Education and Adolescent Education have gained prominent place in education. The concept of Value Education is such that Value Education is very much required in the present social life; Value Education contributes in individual’s life and through it moral development of society could be enhanced. A tree becomes meaningful or successful when it becomes full with fruits and flowers. In the same way, human life is like tree. In the same way, the life of human being becomes meaningful when different virtues like service, humility, patience, kindness and holiness become integral part of his or her life and till all these virtues don’t become part and parcel of the life individual’s life cannot become Complete Life or Divine Life. The main objective of education is to enrich human life with Completeness and Divinity. Such practices are not seen in the present education system. Therefore, it is the demand of present time that we should find a new direction or a way so that human being can be made Human Being in real sense. Value education is not the subject that can be taught but it is the subject to put into practice. Its direct and indirect effects can be seen in the society. To establish values, it is necessary to plan lessons by referring to the values inherent in the lessons of the subject. In our textbooks, there is rich treasure of values. It is necessary to discuss the lesson with the help of values that are inherent in the lessons while conducting teaching practices in the classrooms and as a result values can be inculcated in the lives of the students and with the help of these values different skills can be developed in the lives of the students. ` The environment in the schools should be such that moral values can be cultivated

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PERFORMANCE OF OZONE-FRIENDLY AND LOW GWP HFC REFRIGERANT IN A VAPOUR COMPRESSION REFRIGERATION CYCLE
Kashid Hari T.,Khatpe Akshay R, Khile Parshuram N,Ligade Pravin B. & Sandip P. Chavhan
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7188184
Abstract
Certificate
Theoretical performance analysis on a vapour compression refrigeration system with
R152a a potential replacement for the R134a was done and results obtained with both
refrigerants were compared. Both the refrigerants have same zero ODP but the GWP of R152a
is ten times lower than R134a.The results showed that the R152a have a slightly higher (3.769%)
coefficient of performance (COP) than R134a for the condensation temperature of 51⁰C and
three different evaporating temperatures. The effects of the main parameters of performance
analysis such as Refrigerating Effect, Compressor Work, Power Per Ton of Refrigeration
(PPTR) were investigated for various evaporating temperatures. The graphs plotted provide
satisfactory explanations about the effect of various system variables on the performance of a
vapour compression refrigeration system.
