DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7267911
Abstract
Certificate
Green Bonds has arisen out of the concept of “green finance” to channelise savings towards
green initiatives to make more sustainable, rewarding and positive impact on the
environment. Green Finance is defined as financing investments that deliver environmental
benefits in the broader context of environmentally sustainable development. It is expected
that green bond investment in a single year could reach $1 trillion milestone for the first time
by Q4 2022. Environmental issues are becoming a serious cause of worry for the world and
its people. Investments in Green Bonds could relate to environmental benefits which include,
reductions in air, water and land pollution, reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and
improved energy efficiency. Threat relating to climate change is one of the biggest threats
being faced by the humanity. The root cause of green finance is to mitigate the impact of
climate change, pollution and depletion of natural capital that threatens a country’s ability
to be competitive and productive. This new emerging financial instrument for green economy
is not technically different but sets new conditions for making responsible investment. Green
bonds are the bonds issued by the enterprise for investments in the field of alternative energy,
environmentally friendly modes of transport, and effectively projects, which meet the criteria
of sustainable development. Globally, the first green bond was issued in 2007 by the
European Investment Bank, lending arm of EU. India entered the green bond market for the
first time in 2015 with the bond issue by YES Bank for investment in renewable and clean
energy projects.
This study focuses on a comparative study of green bonds issued by various countries

Shailesh Sargade
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7268067
Abstract
Certificate
The spread of covid 19 across the globe has led to an unprecedented experiment in virtual
learning education. “Virtual learning” typically refers to a course that is completely virtual.
Learners receive instructional content, submit assignments, take tests, and interact entirely
online, or virtual. This can happen “synchronously” (e.g., all learners joining a live session
at the same time) or “asynchronously” (e.g., Learners logging in to do homework whenever
they want). “Blended learning” refers to a course that mixes online learning and face-to-face
learning together. Internet is now playing a bigger role in our lives and dictating how we
live, socialize, teach, and learn. As the Internet is developing into a main educational tool,
online education offers the educator and the learner access to numerous resources The
number of online courses raise and change the way people learn. People used to study in a
classroom with a tutor in front of them, but now people only need to sit in front of a screen to
learn new things. Virtual learning is designed to reach and engaged the modern learner on
one to one basis anywhere, anytime. However, the acceptance of virtual learning by youth is
still questioned. This research paper consists of primary as well as secondary data. It studies
the perception, impact of virtual learning and most importantly its acceptance by youth

AI ENVIRONMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON VARIOUS INDUSTRIES

Abstract
Certificate
In this paper, I review the role of cognitive psychology in Artificial Intelligence. This paper
examines the current thinking, state-of-the-art applications and predictions surrounding AI
to Bring to light many examples of how it will transform the way we work and how we can
perform it to improve the quality of the built environment.
Artificial intelligence may greatly increase the efficiency of the existing economy. But it may
have an even larger impact by serving as a new general-purpose “method of invention” that
can reshape the nature of the innovation process and the organization of Research &
Development.
We suggest that policies which encourage transparency and sharing of core datasets across
both public and private actors may be critical tools for stimulating research productivity and
innovation-oriented competition going forward. Domains could be anything like Medical,
engineering…etc. the participants are perfectly rational, that attempt to directly model each
participant's cognitive processor. Nowadays whatever we have an understanding of any
problem the Agent needs. It is reflected in the Agent or what he has taken to solve problems.
If an Agent is capable of predicting the next action, it could determine whether she/he might
fall and take action to attempt to prevent it. A natural stating any problem we need to point
in applying deep networks to prior knowledge a new domain for testing the performance of
a regular feed-forward neural network.

A MAJOR DISTRACTIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE FACTOR OR A HELPFUL TOOL?
Prof. Tarveen Bindra
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7268184
Abstract

Social media can encourage casual conversations between colleagues and help build healthy
workplace relationships. It is the easiest and quickest way to encourage employees to interact
with their co-workers even after work.
A growing hot topic, and cause for concern is the increasing use of social media in the
workplace. The landscape for communication has changed, and the line between personal and
professional communications has been blurred. How will your employer manage the risks
associated with the use of social media and at the same time, gain the benefits that this media
form provides? While many employers were initially concerned that employees would use
company time and equipment for socializing with friends, they are quickly learning that many
social networks can also be used directly for work purposes.
When that technology is used to view, collect or disseminate inappropriate content, again
employers have cause for concern. Use of workplace computers with social media has become
an offence many corporate doesn’t allow people to use social media in their entity or zone and
few give them a different zone altogether to use social media on timely breaks frequently results
in discipline and workplace harassment complaints. In some cases it can even result in serious
criminal investigations.
There are pros and Cons of my study which gives us an idea in today’s world we are alone but
with electrical gadgets we are socially not alone.
