A STUDY OF IMPACT OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT ON ECONOMIC GROWTH OF INDIA- A LITERATURE REVIEW
Prof. Rupa Rawal
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.8015867
Abstract
Certificate
Skill is the ability to perform well that comes from talent, training, or experience. It also means the ability to come
up with a solution to a problem. The growth of these skills is essential to the economic development of any nation.
Countries with higher skill levels are better able to respond to workplace challenges and opportunities. The
importance of putting an emphasis on skill development grows as India moves closer to becoming a "knowledge
economy." These abilities need to be relevant to the new economic climate, which will help reshape our economy in
the right direction. India must become a manufacturing hub because it needs to create jobs to take advantage of its
demographic advantage; it is necessary to focus on expanding skills rather than the current education system.
This paper focuses on the significance of the skill India campaign and the contribution that skill India's governmentrun
programs make to propel or boost the economy in order to investigate the role that skill India plays in reshaping
the Indian economy. This paper is based on concept research and secondary data.

Prof. Kashinath Mishra
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.8015873
Abstract
Certificate
Women's health is a particular concern because, in many nations, sociocultural prejudice disadvantages women.
Women need to get beyond a variety of social obstacles in order to be empowered and have access to high-quality
healthcare. Women's propensity to seek medical attention is one of the major elements influencing their health.
Healthcare seeking behavior is any action or inaction made by someone who suspects they have a health problem
or are ill with the goal of locating an appropriate remedy. It is essential to increase awareness of the logical choice
to receive medical care in order to effectively manage the public's health.(Gotsadze et al., 2005)
To better manage the public's health, it is crucial to raise understanding of the logical decision to receive medical
care. To raise public knowledge about the use of medications and empower them to make informed decisions
regarding health issues, there is a need for a health education programme.

Atal Pension Yojana is a pension system provided by Government of India, particularly targeted at the unorganized
sector. In India, a sizable portion of the workforce is employed in the unorganized sector. Employees working for
unorganized sector businesses have less job security, less opportunities for career advancement, no paid time off,
and less protection from unfair or illegal hiring practices. When a person is no longer employed, a pension provides
them with a monthly income. Other reasons why a person needs pension can be;
Reduction in income earning potential after a certain age.
Growth of the nuclear family and the movement of those with jobs.
Increase in living expenses.
Lengthened lifespan.
Guaranteed monthly income guarantees an honorable retirement.

EMPOWERING FARMERS WITH INNOVATIVE AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES
Miss. Jyoti Jha
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.8015889
Abstract
Certificate
Empowering farmers with innovative agricultural practices has become a key focus for researchers, policymakers,
and agricultural experts worldwide. With the ever-increasing demand for food, coupled with the need to produce
more with less, innovative agricultural practices have become imperative. These practices are designed to increase
crop yields, reduce crop losses, enhance crop quality, and protect the environment.
Innovative agricultural practices are based on scientific research and are geared towards enhancing the efficiency
and effectiveness of traditional agricultural methods. Some of the innovative practices include precision farming, use
of high-quality seeds, efficient irrigation systems, and integrated pest management. These practices are aimed at
enhancing productivity, increasing resilience, and reducing the impact of agriculture on the environment.
One of the key challenges facing farmers is access to innovative agricultural practices. Many farmers lack the
necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to adopt these practices. However, various initiatives have been
developed to empower farmers with these innovative practices. For instance, agricultural extension services have
been developed to provide farmers with technical advice, training, and support. Furthermore, farmer field schools
have been established to provide farmers with practical training on innovative agricultural practices.
Empowering farmers with innovative agricultural practices has numerous benefits. Firstly, it enhances productivity,
leading to increased food security and income for farmers. Secondly, it promotes environmental sustainability by
reducing the use of agrochemicals and enhancing soil health. Lastly, it contributes to the overall development of
rural areas by creating employment opportunities, promoting social and economic development, and reducing rural
poverty

GIG ECONOMY - INCLUSION OF UNORGANIZED WORKFORCE IN ORGANIZED SECTOR
Miss. Shifa Khan
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.8015897
Abstract
Certificate
The inclusion of the unorganized workforce in the organized sector has become a pressing issue in developing
countries. This research paper investigates the challenges and opportunities for the inclusion of the unorganized
workforce in the organized sector. The gig economy is a free market system in which organizations contract with
independent workers for short-term engagements and temporary roles are frequent. Although the notion of the gig
economy has been around for a long time, it has recently come under more attention due to the growing number of
individuals who can access it via the Internet. The goal of this article is to highlight the challenges to developing
nations posed by the fast expansion of the gig economy based on flexible forms of working relationships, as well as
to make recommendations for the implementation of state policy as part of their leveling. Economic factors also play
a role in the growth of the gig economy. Companies that cannot afford to recruit full-time staff to perform all of the
work that needs to be done may frequently hire part-time or temporary personnel to handle busy times or specialized
projects. On the employee side of the equation, people frequently discover that they must relocate or take numerous
jobs to finance the lifestyle they desire. It's also usual for people to change occupations several times over their lives,
thus the gig economy might be seen as a large-scale representation of this. There are some drawbacks to the gig
economy notwithstanding its advantages. The gig economy trend can make it more difficult for full-time employees
to advance in their careers since temporary workers are frequently less expensive to recruit and have more flexible
schedules, even if not all firms are keen to use contractual staff. There is a shortage of workers in some sectors who
want a traditional career path and the security and stability that go along with it.

A DETAILED LOOK AT CURRENT AND POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES IN CLOUD AUTOMATION
Prof. Sneha Balu Navale & Prof. Jesica Oscar D’cruz
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.8015902
Abstract
Certificate
Automation has been speculated about and applied over the past few decades in many fields. A study of past
applications has proved that the emergence of new technologies has a kinship to automation. One of the new
technologies touched by automation is cloud computing. In cloud computing, automation focuses to make all cloudrelated
tasks as quick, efficient, and as fewer HCI[human-computer interaction] as possible through the use of
various software automation tools which are installed directly on the virtualization platform or software and
controlled via an intuitive GUI. Cloud automation is a fundamental building block for the cloud computing paradigm.
In most industrial industries, automation is the main force of transition. By 2030, the automation industry is expected
to completely replace over 800 million workers and technology transforms our way of working and organizing and
communicating with others. The almost constant occurrence of data breaches suggests that it does not stop so that
organizations are unable to have long-term reservations regarding security automation concepts and capabilities.
Businesses across all industry verticals have been leveraging the cloud's efficiency, elasticity, and innovation.
However, according to a recent survey, only 35% of organizations have fully achieved their expected outcomes from
the cloud, and 65% identified security and compliance risks' as a significant barrier.Though the cloud provides new
opportunities for transformation, modernization, and innovation, security risk remains the most significant barrier
to cloud adoption. Furthermore, the complexity of hybrid and multi-cloud environments complicates the journey to
the cloud. While security is frequently viewed as the greatest impediment to cloud adoption, in reality, it can be its
greatest enabler if automated.By automating the cloud security process, organizations can gather the information
they need to secure their cloud environments and redirect their efforts.
