COMPATIBILITY STUDIES AND EVALUATION OF ULTRASONIC VELOCITY AND PERCENTAGE DEVIATION OF TERNARY MIXTURE OF CYCLOHEXANE, TOLUENE AND 2-PROPANOL AT 303.15 K & 308.15 K.
J. Thennarasu & G.Meenakshi
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7119774
Abstract
Certificate
The Compatibility studies of the above liquids have been carried out at 303.15 K & 308.15 K and the data can be described with its compatibility studies over a wide range of composition ranging from 0-100% of above different liquids. The result of ultrasonic velocity and its derived percentage deviation have been used to discuss the statistical approach of the blend under study. These discussion revealed that the blend is weakly polar in an ideal mixing relation. Using this data, the interaction parameters of molecular radius (rm), molar sound velocity (Rmix) and molar volume (Vmix) were computed. The ultrasonic velocity results are further confirmed by Density and Percentage deviation results. For the ternary mixtures, the observed results shows that the Nomoto method seems to give good results for the evaluation and compared to Van-Dael’s method.

Dr. S.Francisca
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7119809
Abstract
Certificate
The study is aimed to investigate and compare the academic achievement in the subjects with and without disabilities. The cluster sampling method was used to select 300 higher secondary students from 12 normal schools and 300 higher secondary students from 8 special schools (schools for vision and hearing impaired). Marks scored in the half yearly examination were used as measures of academic achievement. The results demonstrated that the academic achievement of higher secondary students of normal schools was always better than that of their counterparts in special schools. Moreover, the female higher secondary students of normal schools have more academic achievement than their male counterparts. However, no significance difference was found in anxiety of higher secondary students in special schools in terms of age, gender and locality of residence. The results suggested that inclusive education will enhance academic achievement of special students.

The 21st Century learning is the process whereby digital natives utilise the power of modern technology to learn anything, anytime and anywhere. Classrooms are no longer necessarily defined by rigid walls, as hybrid learning models blend the virtual with the physical into a truly engaged and collaborative educational experience. Effective teaching in the 21st century must be student centred and must infuse technology into the learning experience for both rigour and relevance and emphasise higher order thinking skills. Education is for a change. The aim of education has varied from time to time but the main objective of any education is to improve the mental quality of a student. Technology of education is being developed with the aim not only making education more widely available but also of improving the quality of available education. The use of computer based instruction to improve teaching, learning has wide spread acceptance in education.

Mumbai is the financial and cultural capital of India. People from different parts of the country come to Mumbai in search of jobs. The city offers ample opportunities of employment in several fields. Unskilled construction workers are mostly the migrants in the city. They leave their families and come to Mumbai to earn more in this city. At present, large numbers of such workers are working in different construction project like real estate, metro, construction of roads and over bridge etc. They do not have any permanent job, as they are working in daily basis or in contact basis. The continuous heavy work in the construction sites make the workers physically weak. Poor economic conditions and low educational level are also responsible for low quality of life. ROLE OF NUTRITION IN SPORTS
Dr. K. Srikanth
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7120031
Abstract
Certificate
Solid waste may be defined as “unwanted material disposed by man which can neither flow into streams nor escapes immediately into the atmosphere”. These cause pollution in water, air and soil. Integral solid waste management (ISWM) is a comprehensive waste preservation, recycling and disposal program. An effective ISWM system considers how to prevent, recycle and manage solid waste in ways that most effectively protect human health and the environment. ISWM involves evaluating local needs and conditions and then selecting and combining the most appropriate waste management activities for those conditions. Technologies should be used for minimizing, recycling and treating wastes. Everyone should be informed about the advantages of solid waste management. General public and government should come forward to keep our earth clean and green.

SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
Dr. Anita Sharma
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7120114
Abstract
Certificate
Energy and macronutrient needs, especially carbohydrate and protein, must be met during times of high physical activity to maintain body weight, replenish glycogen stores and provide adequate protein to build and repair tissue. Fat intake should be sufficient to provide the essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins, as well as contribute energy for weight maintenance. Although exercise performance can be affected by body weight and composition, these physical measures should not be a criterion for sports performance and daily weigh-ins are discouraged. Adequate food and fluid should be consumed before, during, and after exercise to help maintain blood glucose concentration during exercise, maximize exercise performance and improve recovery time. Athletes should be well hydrated before exercise and drink enough fluid during and after exercise to balance fluid losses. Sports beverages containing carbohydrates and electrolytes may be consumed before, during, and after exercise to help maintain blood glucose concentration, provide fuel for muscles and decrease risk of dehydration and hypernatremia. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not needed if adequate energy to maintain body weight is consumed from a variety of foods. However, athletes who restrict energy intake, use severe weight-loss practices, eliminate one or more food groups from their diet, or consume unbalanced diets with low micronutrient density, may require supplements. Because regulations specific to nutritional ergogenic aids are poorly enforced, they should be used with caution, and only after careful product evaluation for safety, efficacy, potency and legality.

A STUDY OF MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE OF M. ED. & M.P.ED. CAMPUS STUDENTS OF SWAMI RAMANAND TEERTH MARATHAWADA UNIVERSITY NANDED
Dr. V.N. Patil
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7120189
Abstract
Certificate
The term intelligence is used to describe a property of mind that encompasses
many related abilities, such as the capacity to describe, to reason, to plan, to solve problems,
to think abstractly to comprehend ideas to use language and to learn.
Howard Gardner, a professor at Harvard’s Graduate school of education
theorizes that the people are intelligent in different ways. This is relatively a new way of
looking at intelligence, as schools have traditionally measured by IQ scores. According to
Gardner’s theory, each person born with a full range of capacities & aptitudes, through some
are naturally stronger & some are weaker in each individual. These differences do not
indicate that one person is more or less intelligent than the other.
In this present research work researcher has been focused on the multiple
intelligences, and dominant intelligence factor among nine types of multiple intelligences of
girl’s & boy’s students of M.Ed. and M.P.Ed. Campus students of S.R.T.M.U. Nanded.

SPORTSMAN SPIRIT AND QUALITIES OF A TRUE SPORTSMAN
Dr. Babaso Nivrutti Ulape
DOI : 10.5281/EIIRJ.7120347
Abstract
Certificate
Sportsman spirit doesn’t mean only taking part in sports and playing the game in conformity with the rules prescribed, but also playing the game of life in the spirit imbibed on the playing fields. A man who gives evidence of possessing a sporting spirit in games is still a sportsman.
Sportsmanship is, in a basic sense, conforming to the rules of sport. It may also be considered as the will to go out & win fairly or lose gracefully. Sportsmanship expresses an aspiration or ethos that the activity will be enjoyed for its own sake, with proper consideration for fairness, ethics, respect, and a sense of fellowship with one's competitors. Some people define good sportsmanship as the "golden rule" of sports in other words.
