The Conceptual Relationship Between Work Values And Leadership Behaviour
Dr. Ranjit Kaur & Japnith Kaur
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7096932
Abstract
Certificate
Values at work refer to the traits, beliefs, and standards you hold yourself to in your professional life. Identifying
your work values may assist you in a variety of ways, including career planning, job search, and even a change
of profession. Find out what your work's core values are. After going through the research, the reader would be
able to identify how various researchers have demarcated the notion of work values and will also recognise the
affinity of work values with leadership. To fulfil this, research on how various researchers and authors have
defined work values in different domains has been made. Eventually, its association with leadership is
examined after developing explicit perspicuity into the connotation of the notion of work values. As a result of
this evaluation, it is recommended that future research into work values and leadership from the perspective of
career development emphasise values more heavily. It is possible that our results may lead to the introduction
of programmes that nurture individuals to lead in accordance with the values of their workplace.

internship program with secondary students. The researcher conducted a test having 20 questions based on
superstitions and asked the students to write the logic behind their families and them to do these acts. Then we
conducted 6 hours programs based on the removal of superstition e.g. lectures on superstition, role-play, roadshows
and drama then asked 20 more questions having different aspects of superstition and analyzed answers
based on rational thinking and scientific attitude

CYBERBULLYING- A GROWING CONCERN
Dr. Hema Rajendra Bhadawkar & Ms. Neha Nair
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7134824
Abstract
Certificate
Children in India are at danger for cyberbullying because of the growing use of the internet and mobile devices. The study of these behaviours among teenagers in Asian nations, particularly India, has received very little attention, despite the fact that research on cyberbullying and cyber aggression is expanding. "Prevention is better than cure" is a saying that applies to both health precautions and being aware of online and offline safety. According to the NCRB report (2014, chapter 18), 9622 cases of cybercrime were registered, up from 5693 in 2013. This shows a huge 69.0 % rise from the prior year. Additionally, cybercrime is a type of crime that alarmingly appears to be impacting people of all ages, even teenagers. Children are exposed to the internet at a young age because of a need for education, personal interest, or peer/social pressure. They are not well-versed in online do's and don'ts. This study explores beliefs and behaviours related to cyberbullying. As cyberbullying is a relatively new phenomenon, limited research is available in this field. Consequently, few measures have been developed to assess cyberbullying and related issues.
This study looks at how pre-service teachers feel about cyberbullying. What is the extent to which pre-service teachers are concerned about cyberbullying? Pre-service teachers are relatively confident in their ability to manage cyberbullying problems. Do pre-service teachers feel prepared to deal with cyberbullying? Preservice teachers seem to think that school commitment is important. The survey data were collected from 30 pre-service teachers who were enrolled in a two-year undergraduate program at Somaiya Vidyavihar University. The study found that although most of the pre-service teachers understand the significant effects of cyberbullying on children and are concerned about it, most of them don't think it's a problem in our schools. In addition, the vast majority of our educators are not sure how to deal with cyberbullying, even though anxiety levels are high.

DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7134831
Abstract

Importance of Science Subject Science allows students to explore their world and discover new things. It is also an active subject, containing activities such as hands-on labs and experiments. Skills Needed Skills needed to learn to draw diagram are listening skills, observing skills, reading skills, drawing skills and writing skills. Place of drawing diagrams in present competitive world and why drawing skill is important for this. Problem faced by English medium students in drawing diagram the research has shown that school science teachers do not have adequate training to deliver quality education in drawing diagrams to their pupils. From this finding it might be concluded that this could be one of the reasons why such resources might not be used in school. Further the research has shown that the school under research lacked adequate funding to purchase teaching/learning resources such as charts, specimens and text books for use by teachers during lessons. It was also seen that in terms of availability of teaching/learning resources, high schools were grossly under resourced in terms of basic facilities such as text books and equipment. This scenario has greatly affected teaching and learning for both teachers and students respectively. The research also not enough for students and teachers. The research also found out that most teachers could not improvise teaching/learning resources for their teaching and did not even borrow some teaching/learning resources from other schools. This can be concluded that high school teachers lacked time and proper equipment which they could not afford from their school budget. As regards the most popular teaching/learning resources the research revealed that there were the usual text books and few wall charts. This in itself shows the seriousness of lack of information for the students and teachers from other sources. This research has also shown that drawing aids teaching/learning resources such as TV, CDs and computers were not there in this school and therefore could not be used by both teachers and students for teaching and learning respectively. This research has also shown that the use of ICT and internet was not yet popular in schools. The findings of the research has shown that there are very few teachers who are trained in the use of ICT, therefore, teachers in high schools are not able to discuss the types of software packages to be used in teaching in high schools.
