The present study explores the concept of blended learning from the point of view of its effect and implications in the education field. Post pandemic era has made blended learning necessary and inevitable. Indian scenario is suitable for blended learning. However, there are multiple challenges in implementation of blended learning. The paper examines the blended learning from multiple perspectives.

This paper examines the undergraduate student’s perspective towards e-learning that involves students from MKMP College in Thakurli as a respondent's. The students have being exposed to the e-learning studies in campus as approach to gather more information in their studies. 140 students participated in the study. Multiple regression analysis was performed on the Students’ perceptions in relation to gender, year of study, faculty, technology usage and the awareness of elearning implementation. The methods being used is questionnaire. The result shows that males and female have a significant awareness towards e-learning in education.

After independence, the nation has already witnessed national policies like NEP-1968; NPE-1986 and its revised version POA-1992. The Indian government replaced the old National Policy on Education, framed in 1986, with the New Education Policy (NEP) of 2020 on last July 2020. India, under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the past eight years has gained a special place for itself at the international arena. NEP 2020 provides for quality higher education through multidisciplinary universities and autonomous colleges. The current paper describes the analysis of the higher education reforms in NEP 2020.

The goal of this research is to better understand how students view their future jobs and how their education has prepared them for the global labor market. It also explores how students view the costs and benefits of pursuing higher education (HE) in relation to employability and income and the anticipated obstacles, as well as strategies for getting through them, in order to pursue career sustainability within a career ecosystem.

Higher education in India suffers from several systemic deficiencies some of the problems of the Indian higher education, such as the unwieldy affiliating system, inflexible academic structure, uneven capacity across various subjects, eroding autonomy of academic institutions, and the low level of public funding are well known. These problems were the primary motivation the topic “Study on the higher education in India and the need for a paradigm shift” was selected for the study. The objective of the study is to analyze the effect various facets of higher education in India and to study the various steps required to address genuine concerns in the Indian higher education on a long-term basis and uses the experiences of other countries to suggest measures to tackle its various systemic deficiencies. The study has been conducted on a sample of 70 respondents through the circulation of a questionnaire and information gained from secondary data. The respondents consisted mainly of faculty, students and others. It was found that most of them agreed that India has an average level of existing infrastructure of higher education in India and also the fact that majority of the respondents felt that the education standard in India is behind that of developed nations. The results of the study indicate that the higher education did not meet the expected standard and revision of syllabus and implementation of pedagogy is needed to bring it up to par with western education.

However, its implementation is at a snail‘s pace. The authors opined that the Career Planning and Leadership is teamwork and librarians have to play a pivotal role. A model for Career Planning and Leadership in college libraries of India is also suggested.

Block chain technology applied to cryptocurrencies is the dominant factor in maintaining the security of cryptocurrencies. This article reviews the technological implementation of cryptocurrency and the security and stability of cryptocurrency and analyzes the security support from block chain technology and its platforms based on empirical case studies. Our results show that the security support from block chain technology platforms is significantly insufficient and immature. Moreover, these platforms provide computational resources and benefits to the consensus algorithm selection for block chain practitioners. Second, encryption ensures the security of cryptocurrencies. On the one hand, the digital signatures identify the identity of the signatory and the transaction.

Motivation is significant issues affecting human behavior and it is not only affecting other cognitive factor like perception and learning but also affects total performance of an individual in organization setting. Hence this study was focused on investigate the effect of employee motivation on their job performance in Fiche General hospital. It also intended to evaluate employee level of motivational and their level of job performance. In order to meet this objective, the researcher has used simple random sampling techniques; in collected from 179 employees out of 287, using Likert scale questionnaires. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation and regression). The result of the descriptive statistics finding indicated that the employee job performance has been under practiced in Fiche General Hospital. The results of inferential statistics have revealed that all motivational factors under study are positively related to employee job performance.
