BUILDING BRIDGES IN EDUCATION: EFFECT OF DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT
Ms. Latha Murali
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.13627486
Abstract
Certificate
Academic Achievement is an effective means of assessing the extent to which students have mastered the concepts taught in a classroom. These tests are usually administered at the end of a teaching learning process to gauge the extent of learning that has taken place after a concept has been taught to the students. It is a means by which the success of a teaching program and the efficiency of the teacher and the process used can be measured. To ensure better academic performance, teachers need to use strategies that cater to differential student needs. Differentiated instruction is one such approach. Whether teachers differentiate content, process, products, or the learning environment, the use of ongoing assessment and flexible grouping makes this a successful approach to instruction. A research was conducted to study the Effect of Differentiated Instructional Strategies on the Academic Achievement of Higher Secondary School students. The paper throws light on the findings of the study and also highlights how differentiated instruction can help improve the academic achievement of diverse students in a classroom.

A STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF THE YOG PARICHAY COURSE ORGANIZED BY JANARDHAN SWAMI YOGABHAYSI MANDAL, NAGPUR FOR SNDT WOMEN'S UNIVERSITY GRADUATE STUDENTS
Dr. Bhaskar Igawe
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.13790241
Abstract
Certificate
Yoga is recognized for its potential to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With increasing stress and academic pressures, many universities have started incorporating yoga into their curricula to support holistic student development. The Yog Parichay Course, organized by Janardhan Swami Yogabhaysi Mandal, Nagpur, for SNDT Women's University (WU) graduate students, is a focused intervention aimed at improving students’ overall well-being through structured yog education. This research seeks to explore the course's impact on the 80 graduate students in terms of physical health, mental well-being, academic performance, and overall life satisfaction.
Despite the widespread integration of yoga into educational institutions, there is limited empirical research evaluating the specific outcomes of such programs. In particular, little is known about how yoga courses affect female graduate students’ physical health, mental state, and academic success. This study has assessed how participation in the Yog Parichay Course impacts these areas for SNDT WU students.

Dr. Sunita Magre & Dr. Ruchika Miglani
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.13831444
Abstract
Certificate
The present research was undertaken with the aim of evaluating the Pre-Ph.D. programme in enhancing the research skills of the Ph.D. scholars. The research adopted the Descriptive Survey method. The participants of the study included 18 Ph.D. research scholars in the field of education from Greater Mumbai. The primary data was collected through feedback forms. The results revealed that students were very much satisfied with the overall experience of the coursework and felt that the programme was highly successful in meeting the course objectives. The results also indicated that the course had provided theoretical insight and practice in comparing methods, techniques and procedures used in educational research operations. The students were also of the opinion that the course has helped them to gain deeper understanding of the quantitative and qualitative research designs and has enhanced their research skills in the field of education.

INNOVATIVE PRACTICES IN RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Dr. Aruna Yadav
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.14202736
Abstract
Certificate
In an era characterized by rapid technological advancements and complex global challenges, the field of research methodology is evolving to embrace innovative approaches that enhance the rigor, relevance, and impact of scientific inquiry. This paper explores the latest trends and innovations in research methodology, emphasizing the integration of digital tools, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participatory techniques. Key innovations include the use of big data analytics and machine learning to uncover patterns and insights from vast datasets, the application of virtual and augmented reality for immersive experimental environments, and the adoption of community-based participatory research (CBPR) to involve diverse stakeholders in the research process. Furthermore, the shift towards open science practices promotes transparency and accessibility, while advanced statistical methods like Bayesian analysis and structural equation modeling offer sophisticated techniques for data analysis. This comprehensive overview highlights the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and ethical considerations in modern research practices, advocating for a dynamic and responsive approach to addressing contemporary research questions. Through these innovative methodologies, researchers can enhance the validity, reliability, and applicability of their findings, ultimately contributing to the advancement of knowledge and societal well-being.

A STUDY OF PROGRAMMES OF INCLUSIONS ADOPTED BY SECONDARY SCHOOL IN MUMBAI
Dr. Jyoti Ramesh Singh
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.14203040
Abstract
Certificate
Inclusion in education is an approach to educating students with special educational needs. Under the inclusion model, students with special needs spend most or all of their time with non-disabled students. Implementation of these practices varies. Schools most frequently use them for selected students with mild to severe special needs.
Inclusive education differs from previously held notions of integration and mainstreaming, which tended to be concerned principally with disability and ‘special educational needs’ and implied learners changing or becoming ‘ready for’ or deserving of accommodation by the mainstream. By contrast, inclusion is about the child’s right to participate and the school’s duty to accept the child. Inclusion rejects the use of special schools or classrooms to separate students with disabilities from students without disabilities. A premium is placed upon full participation by students with disabilities and upon respect for their social, civil, and educational rights. Inclusion gives students with disa schools expect a fully included student to be working at or near grade level, but more skill they can use in and out of the classroom.
