PARENTS / GUARDIAN CONTROL AND CHILDREN ACCOMPLISHMENTS: AN ANALYTICAL SYNTHESIS
Sonia Verma
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792579
Abstract
Certificate
It has been found that the social environment a child goes through frame the personality of that child in the
future. Within and across several developmental areas, child outcomes are intertwined. They are the product
of early good and supportive encounters with parents and other caregivers, and they are improved by them.
These early contacts can have a long-term ripple impact on development over the duration of a person's life,
as the functioning of one domain of development impacts the functioning of another over time. The specific
role that parents play at home builds the normality in the child. The socio-economic conditions, disciplined
and peaceful environment importantly reflects in the academic performance of the children. This study has
tried to explore the interrelationship between parental control and achievement performance of the children.
It has been found that there is significant relationship between parents control and the academic performance
of children.

Dr. Prakash Eknath Navgire
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792583
Abstract

Gita Mehta is postmodern historical writer; she intentionally intermingles the history in her fiction. The
presentation of history and the political ideologies are presented through her novels. The development of the
character and story happens around proper political and historical background. The historical incidents
make changes or affects the life of characters in the fiction. This is one type of intermingling historical events
in the fiction. The real historical characters and events are used with the fictitious character in the novel.
The facts are fictionalised in her work. The historical incidents are a prime subject of her narratives and that
all are fictionalised. When she writes the fiction, she is much aware that this is the fictitious description of
history and politics. She uses the intertextuality in her text because almost entire fiction talks about the
historical incidents. The polyphony adequately uses in Gita Mehta’s fictions. The aim of the paper is to
provide the post-modern narrative technique in relation with most celebrated concept historiographic

DELAY IN DISPOSAL OF EXECUTION PROCEEDINGS AND UNDERLYING TEST FOR AN EXECUTING COURT IN GOING BEHIND THE DECREE
Dr. Suneet K Srivastava
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792595
Abstract
Certificate
Delay in disposal of cases has always been a serious concern in India. “A litigant coming to court seeking relief is not
interested in receiving a paper decree, when he succeeds in establishing his case. What he wants is relief.” Above
observation made by the Privy Council in 1872 and reiterated by Hon’ble Apex Court in 2009 speaks a lot about the
plight of litigants in India. Decision of an execution application takes more time than that of a suit. As on 31.12.2018,
as many as 11, 80,275 execution petitions were pending in subordinate courts of the country which figure has rose to
15, 16,629 in November, 2021. Supreme Court has directed that efforts be made to dispose of all the cases which are
more than five years old by the end of the year 2017. However, above goal is far away from reality to be reached.
'Third party objections' though permissible under the Code, are significant hindrance against execution of decree. The
judgment debtor generally creates every possible hindrance against execution of a decree by playing camouflage with
the provisions of law. If seen pragmatically 'Civil Executions' is considered to be the most difficult topic for a law
student to prepare, in turn for a lawyer to pursue and ultimately for the executing agencies to practice it into reality.
Though the Apex Court and different high courts have illustrated various instances where an executing Court can go
behind the decree in executing the same however, no exhaustive list of such circumstances can be prepared. An
underlying test is required to be laid for guidance of executing courts in determining the circumstances where it can
go or it cannot go behind the decree. A subtle perusal of series of precedents would suggest that an objection for want
of territorial jurisdiction does not travel to the root of action or to the inherent lack of jurisdiction of civil Court to
entertain a suit. Hence, it is required to be raised at earliest opportunity before Court of first instance and in cases
where issues are settled, such an objection must be raised before issues are settled. Where there is consequent failure
of justice, such an objection can be entertained. The objection as to pecuniary jurisdiction of Court also do no travel
to root of action unless injustice is proved by a party raising such an objection at a later stage. Where the objection
relates to inherent lack of jurisdiction of the Court to entertain it in respect of its subject matter, the same will travel
to the root of the matter giving a liberty to the executing Court in going behind the decree.

GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS & INDIA -PROBLEMS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Lt. S.A.Palande
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792604
Abstract
Certificate
India an emerging market economy thought it be different this time and they be able to escape the scar, also
got affected though to a lesser extent. But the lesson to be learnt is we are living in a global villages, and
our sustainable growth as well as our challenges is linked, though to a larger or smaller extent depending
upon internal as well as external macros. This is mainly due to the inter linkages between various
economies that any such crisis takes global shape and can only be redressed by managing together .
Collective efforts of larger number of regulators and governments worldwide are needed for the rescue
during the times of crisis.
This leads us to the conclusion that globalization and hence the financial market liberalization has
converted the job of regulators to proactively manage macroeconomic policies rather than to controlling
or regulating markets. The role of regulator is to keep a close watch on internal as well as external
macro-economic developments and manage proactively its foreign trade policies, foreign exchange
reserves and fluctuations in currency values , fiscal policies , monetary policies etc. to take the economy
on the desired level of economic growth which is sustainable in long run and manage the short term
hiccups arising in the way of doing so.

LOOKING AT INCLUSION IN NEP 2020…..SETTING APART WITH TECHNOLOGY
Jasmeet Kaur
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792608
Abstract
Certificate
The young, the old, the rich, the poor everyone is obsessed with technology, and it is not easy to visualize
any individual engaging in society without adequate skills to handle these gadgets. Still, many visually
impaired people believe that computers are now ‘out of reach’. For a visually impaired student-Technology
can be the great equalizer in a classroom. The teacher may find it difficult to deal with the needs of such a
student but “assistive technology” (devices and software to assist students with disabilities) can often help
teacher educators personalize lessons and skills enhancement in a visually impaired student. These days
young are drawn to computers and other gadgets, so using them in the classroom makes perfect sense.
A large number of children are many times not benefitted from the traditional education program, the reason
being their disability which hampers their ability to participate in the regular classroom setup. These
students can be helped with assistive technology (AT).
Assistive technology is designed to provide additional accessibility to individuals who have physical or
cognitive difficulties, impairments, and disabilities. Assistive technology in various forms can help children
with special needs.
This paper provides an overview that NEP 2020 is more concerned with Inclusion at all fronts specially of
children with special needs. What provisions can be made using the various assistive technology devices and
role of AT in promoting higher education. These tools can help them work around their challenges while
playing to their strengths. This helps them become more successful, productive students. At the same time,
their confidence and independence can grow. The policy focuses of avoid segregation at any front. Teachers
if given adequate training for using technology in the classrooms specifically for students with visual
impairment can be of immense benefit to them. Through this study we can look into the resources which the
teachers can use for their students with visual impairment.

AMALGAMATION OF JOVIALITY, SELF-EXAMINATION AND HUMOUR IN KIRAN NAGARKAR’S SEVEN SIXES ARE FORTY THREE AND RAVAN & EDDIE
Dr. Kamalakar Baburao Gaikwad
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792670
Abstract
Certificate
Kiran Nagarkar, contemporary Indian English writer, is an efficient personality in handling the varied range
of humour. He effectively uses humour for self-analysis, manifestation or critiques on civilization, ethnicity
and social customs. His humors assume different shades, tones and textures. It has always been a secretly
exhilarating, pleasingly precarious, astonishingly seductive and trustworthy way to make a proclamation, to
recount the stories and to make sure everyone’s voice is heard. Humour has seldom been used to correct, to
restore, to define, to cope with situations, to mirror truths, to discern and to set a value on things, in Indian
writing in English. Humour requires a measure of emotional disengagement.
Nagarkar has used humour as a mode of survival and as an instrument to understand and empathies with
human predicaments and frailties. The sincere attempt of the present research paper is to analyze the
amalgamation of joviality, self-examination and humour in Kiran Nagarkar’s select fictions as a lay reader.

A LITERATURE REVIEW ON CREDIT RATING AGENCIES - NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE
Ms. Pooja Gholap & Dr. Sanjay Tupe
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792682
Abstract
Certificate
The development of any nation depends on the growth of its industries, infrastructure, people, trade, etc. But
all this could flourish, if there is sufficient finance available. Finance is the basic need for any activity and
hence, its avenue and trusted sources play a vital role. Creditworthiness of any individual, company, industry,
or nation is an important factor for determining the exact estimation of the economy. Thus, creditworthiness
enhances the trust among the investors or debtors and helps them in making investment decisions by
managing the credit risk to the optimum. Hence, to evaluate the creditworthiness there are some specialized
companies called as Credit Rating Agencies (CRA). They evaluate the risk on various aspects. The concept
of CRA emerged in the USA and later was adopted by all the nations. Many experts and authors have worked
on the CRAs at national and international level. Extensive literature is available to satisfy one’s
inquisitiveness to learn more about these agencies. This research paper is nothing but an attempt to describe
the CRA from both Indian and Foreign context. It covers the various concepts related to CRA and put forth
the research work done by the several researchers over this concept.

SCHOOL EDUCATION IN NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020
Dr. Murade Balu Sakharam & Shaikh Raju Gulab
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792688
Abstract
Certificate
Although there has been an increase in the number of students studying in the country, there is no denying
that there is some question mark over the quality of education. There are 40,000 colleges and more than 800
universities in the country. However, the proportion of higher education in student enrollment as compared
to primary and secondary education is 26.3 per cent in 2018 and now the new education policy aims to
increase it to at least 50 per cent by 2035. As many points of the 1986 Education Policy have not been
completed in the last 34 years, it has been pointed out that there is room for improvement in some of the
issues that are incomplete by reviewing them.
Each country is working to formulate its own education policy based on its own social, political and cultural
criteria to make education more effective at different levels of education. When we accept that there will be
educational change, a clear strategy in education as a whole is to consider what the future might hold. In
the end, it is equally true that the future of education determines the future of the country. Recently, the
Government of India has said that there will be major changes in the Indian education system, meaning that
the recommendations will be implemented in practice, taking into account the recommendations of experts
when announcing a new education policy. Considering this changing educational policy, this paper will try
to shed light on how the various policies announced in the education system will have an impact in the future.
Although a small part of the overall educational transformation is small, this research paper will try to come
up with new educational policies, various innovations, with expected results. This dissertation considers
some features of the National Education Policy. At the same time, these educational policies shed light on
the changes that are taking place in school education. The adoption of the new policy is expected to reflect
research considerations on issues that need to be addressed and how they can be addressed when changing
overall school functions and practices. Based on the recommendations of an expert committee chaired by
Kasturirangan, former president of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Dr. Some ideas are
suggested on how these educational changes will affect the quality of education and the implementation of
their objectives. The socio-economic framework of the country is expected to improve, but while improving,
education will play an important role in maintaining the balance in the overall educational environment.
Against this backdrop of educational change, everyone needs to embrace educational change, but what can
be the consequences as a prediction of the future? This will have to be seen in the implementation of education
policy for some time.

Microbes contend for the limited space and nutrients present in natural ecological niches, thus they've
developed several strategies in order to survive. Production of ‘antimicrobial peptide’ best known as
‘Bacteriocin’ is one of them. Bacteriocins extensively distributed in nature which are synthesized by bacteria.
The present study was carried out to estimate naturally synthesized antimicrobial peptides and their
capacities to inhibit Gram-positive pathogenic organisms. Ten bacterial spp. were isolated and screened to
produce antimicrobial peptide. Antimicrobial peptide produced by two of bacterial strains showed the most
significant antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. Bacteriocins have shown significant
activity at 370 with pH 7 Proteolytic enzymes verified the proteinaceous nature of antimicrobial peptides.
These partially purified bacteriocins can be further used as antimicrobial agent or it can be used as food
complements to control food borne pathogens.

VIRTUAL LEARNING: AN INNOVATION IN EDUCATION
Dr. Joan Lopes
DOI : 10.5281/ERJ.7792744
Abstract
Certificate
Since the COVID -19 pandemic has destroyed people's daily lives all over the world, the virtual world has
stepped in to support. Many organisations, including colleges, have shifted their focus to virtual platforms
in order to conduct classes online. As a result, online education has emerged as a viable alternative to
traditional education, catering to the needs of students at all levels of education from pre-primary to
university. As a result, numerous stakeholders, including government and private organisations, are doing
their best to support each other by enhancing their current online platforms and applications, as well as
providing teachers with training on how to use these apps and platforms to their full potential. Students and
teachers face similar obstacles by using these online tools. Students are unable to access the internet due to
financial restrictions, and are without electronic devices such as a laptop, phone, or computer, as well as
radio and television. Those students who have the opportunity to attend online classes face difficulties due
to a lack of physical space, which is similarly frustrating. This study is conducted in S.S.C board school to
find the effectiveness of E-earning during this pandemic.
